Personal data that we process
Musett Design processes your personal data due to the fact that you use our services and/or because you have provided these to us.
We process the following personal data:
First name and surname
Information required and submitted in the order and pre-order phases
Other personal data that you actively provide, for example in correspondence or telephone calls
Particular and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is over 16 years old. We therefore recommend parent involvement in their children’s online activities in order to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. If you are of the opinion that we have collected personal data about a minor without said consent, please contact us at email@example.com and we will delete that data.
The principles governing the processing of personal data
Musett Design processes your personal data in order to:
process your payment
provide services to you
comply with our legal obligations regarding the processing of personal data, such as data we need for our tax return.
Automated decision making
Musett Design does not make decisions on matters that may have (considerable) consequences for individuals on the basis of automated processing operations. These are decisions that are taken by computer programs or systems, without the intervention of a person (for example an employee of Musett Design).
Period of retention of personal data
We do not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:

Sharing personal data with third parties
Musett Design only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or in order to comply with a statutory obligation. We do not use data analytics and we do not share data with advertising networks. Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use Musett Design only uses technical and functional cookies only. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your convenience. They ensure that the website works properly and they remember your preferences, for example. They also enable us to optimize our website. Incidentally, you can delete all information stored on your computer with cookies via the settings of your browser
Accessing, correcting or deleting data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by our company and you have the right to data transferability. This implies that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or any other organization designated by you.
If you wish to exercise your right to object and/or right to data transferability or if you have other questions/comments about data processing, please send a specified request to firstname.lastname@example.org
To verify that the request for access has been made by you, we may ask you to enclose a copy of your identity document with the request. This will be further agreed in consultation. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks at the very latest.
Musett Design would also like to point out that you also have the option of lodging a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
